How we protect your data

Your photos, videos and projects belong to you. We protect them with encryption, European storage and permissions that let you decide who you share them with.

Your material never trains a model

We will never use your files to train models.

Polimake automatically analyzes your library to help you find content: recognizing what appears in an image, transcribing a video or locating a shot. That analysis helps you work with your material without turning it into training data.

If you connect an external assistant, you choose when to use it with Polimake. Content you share with that service is also governed by its terms and privacy settings.

Protection at every step

From uploading a file to sharing it with your team.

Encrypted in storage and in transit

Your files are encrypted while stored and during transfer. This protects your content both when you save it and when you access it.

Your library, in Europe

Your files and their previews are stored under European Union jurisdiction. Our privacy policy separately explains how account data is handled, which service providers we use and international data transfers.

You decide who has access

Share by project, folder or file and assign permissions to view, comment, upload or download. You can revoke access and set links to expire when the work is done.

Protection against failures

Storage distributes files across multiple disks and data centers within a region to protect them against hardware failures. This redundancy does not replace a backup in the event of accidental deletion.

Your art, your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion or portability of your personal data, and exercise the other rights described in our privacy policy.

  • Access
  • Rectification
  • Erasure
  • Portability
