Pricing questions
- How much is each plan?
- Creator is €19 per month, Studio €89, and Agency €159.
- Is there a free plan?
- Yes, for collaborators. Anyone you invite joins for free: they upload, review, and download in the projects you give them access to, with no subscription and no card. The paid plan is for whoever creates the projects and keeps the library.
- If I invite someone, does the usage land on my plan or theirs?
- On yours. Storage and usage are always billed to the project's owner, the person who created it. A collaborator can work across several brands without any of them charging them, and you see all of your account's usage in one place.
- Can I limit what each collaborator sees?
- Yes. Access is granted per project, folder, collection, or single file, and every door carries its own permissions: view, comment, upload, or download. People see only what you opened for them, never the whole library, and you never filter anything by hand.
- Can I revoke access once the work is done?
- Yes, without chasing copies. Links take an expiry date and a usage cap, and since the file lives in one place, revoking access kills it everywhere at once. Publishing a new version doesn't break what you already sent either: each link points to the version you chose.
- Does someone receiving a link need an account?
- No. The link opens straight away, with your brand's logo on the page and the files at original quality, uncompressed. It can be passed around and capped at a maximum. An account is only needed to work inside Polimake, not to receive.
- What counts as one library?
- A library is a workspace: usually one project, one client, or one brand. You use it to keep contexts apart and drop straight into the one you need, with its own content, permissions, and collaborators. Creator includes one, Studio up to five, and Agency has no limit, priced per extra location.
