Prepare a proposal with your company’s photos and past work

Find previous work relevant to a prospect and gather the images you need to explain your proposal.
Tomorrow you are meeting a restaurant prospect. You want to show relevant work: interiors, product details and examples from a finished campaign.
Search for material that supports the proposal
In Polimake, search for “restaurant interior with natural light” or “food photography on a dark table”. Restrict the search to projects you can show outside the company. Check where each image came from and which parts of the work your team delivered.
Add context to the selection
Choose a few examples that address the meeting. For each one, add the brief, what you delivered and why it is relevant. Where there is no measured outcome, describe the delivery: a product shoot, landing page or video series.
Assemble the dossier in your presentation tool. Check its text and images before sharing; an attractive photo may belong to a project you cannot show.
