Prepare a dossier in your assistant using Polimake material
Usage example
Connect your library to an assistant to find your own images and prepare the content for a sales presentation.
Starting material
Your library contains photographs of completed projects. You need a dossier for a prospect and have verified notes about each brief and delivery.
Request
From an assistant connected to Polimake through MCP, ask: “Find photos from our restaurant projects for a six-page presentation. Suggest a selection with the source file for each image. Use these notes to explain what we delivered.”
Work
The assistant searches the library and retrieves candidates. Review its selection and confirm which projects you can show. Supply missing details; images alone cannot establish the scope or results of a job.
Next, request a structure: introduction, client need, three examples and next step. With a connected document or presentation tool, the assistant can assemble the dossier using the selected images. If that workflow has no composition tool, take the selection and text into your editor.
Result
A draft dossier based on your own material, ready to review before sharing. Polimake supplies the archive, the assistant coordinates the request and the presentation tool composes the document.
