Recover a campaign’s photos, footage and references to prepare a version for a different message or format.
Starting material
A summer campaign left you with product photos, footage and a finished advertisement. Now you need a vertical post introducing a new colour of the same product.
Request
“Search the summer campaign for product shots against a light background and photos with room for a headline. Separate originals from advertisements with text.”
Search in Polimake or make the request through an assistant connected to the library.
Work
Review the results and check which ones match the current product. Recover originals and use the previous campaign as a composition reference. If the new colour has not been photographed, mark that shot as missing.
In your editing tool, prepare the vertical format with the new message. An assistant with connected creative tools can work with the retrieved resources; review the product, text and framing before calling the piece finished.
Result
A new version based on your own material, with new contributions identified. Save the delivery with its campaign reference so the next brief retains that context.
